Our high quality ingredients set us apart. Farm-fresh, all-natural, Grade A milk and cream from happy cows. Inclusions of rich chocolates, an abundance of nuts, and real fruit pureé for our variety of complex flavors.

The Ummber's name was inspired by the founder's two nephews - during the ice cream testing phases at the beginning her nephews (2 and 3 years old) couldn't say her name correctly. While close to Amber, Ummber was her name. Adorable and excited little voices, what better way to name ice cream that they and everyone can get to enjoy.

The simple ingredients are also inspired by one of her nephews. He is allergic to corn syrup and no one wants that in their food anyway! Having a clean ingredient list is the best way to help ensure the majority of people get to enjoy Ummber's with their loved ones.
